DHCD joins AARP in fight against predatory lending in the Latino/Hispanic community

(Washington, DC) The Department of Housing and Community Development has partnered with the DC Office of Human Rights and the Equal Rights Center, a fair housing non-profit organization, to bring District residents the 2002 DC Fair Housing Symposium: "National Issues, Local Responses." The Symposium will be held April 12 at the Metro Center Marriott. Local and national experts will present up-to-date information and discuss with city residents, service providers, government and private sector professionals the impacting fair housing concerns in today's housing markets.
