(Washington, DC) The DHCD Progress Report on Management Improvements and Program Activities (DHCD's Action Plan) was prepared as a followup document to the Council's Oversight Hearing held on March 14, 2002. It was provided to the Council on May 1, 2002.
Subsequent to this presentation, the Council made changes to increase the funding levels for the Housing Production Trust Fund (HPTF). The section on the HPTF in the DHCD Action Plan was based on the prior, lower funding level.
