Taylor as its new supervisory compliance specialist. Mr. Taylor has over 20 years of government, private, and entrepreneurial experience with expertise in accounting, auditing, and financial management. Mr. Taylor's most recent employment experience was with the Department of Housing and Urban Development as a senior financial management analyst. In this capacity, he monitored and evaluated performance of state, municipal, and not-for-profit operations to ensure compliance. Kenneth M. Taylor is a Certified Public Accountant with over 20 years of government, private, and entrepreneurial experience with expertise in accounting, auditing, and financial management.
