NEWS RELEASE FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE November 14, 2002 Draft FY 2002 CAPER Available for Review (Washington, DC) DHCD announces the availability of its Fiscal Year 2002 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for public review and comment. The CAPER is DHCD's annual report to the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). It describes how DHCD used HUD funds awarded in FY 2002 to achieve its housing and community development goals. The public is invited to provide written comments to DHCD by December 6 regarding the content of this report.
