News Release for Immediate Release November 26, 2003 Draft FY 2003 CAPER Available for Review  (Washington, DC) DHCD announces the availability of its Fiscal Year 2003 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for public review and comment. The CAPER is DHCD's annual report to the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). It describes how DHCD used HUD funds awarded in FY 2003 to achieve its housing and community development goals. The public is invited to provide written comments to DHCD by December 15, 2003, regarding the content of this report.
