News Release for Immediate Release June 14, 2004 Department of Housing and Community Development Submits FY 2005 Action Plan to Council for Approval   (Washington, DC) The Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) FY 2005 Proposed Action Plan has been submitted to the DC Council for public hearing and approval. The proposed plan was prepared with substantial public participation over a five-month period, including four public hearings.
