News Release for Immediate Release January 11, 2006 DHCD Releases Amendment to the Citizen Participation Plan for Review and Comment    (Washington, DC) The Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) proposes to make a technical amendment to its Citizen Participation Plan regarding the media outlets to be used in providing public notice of the Consolidated Plan and Annual Performance Report. The amendment is available for a 30-day comment period, beginning January 6, 2006. The document is available at DHCD, 801 North Capitol Street, NE, 8th floor, Washington, DC 20002; all public library branches, Advisory Neighborhood Commission (ANC) offices, and the community-based organizations listed below. Comments on the technical amendment should be provided to DHCD no later than February 6, 2006.
