On January 25, 2017, DHCD facilitated a public meeting to allow Developer Tim Chapman and his team to provide Ward 8 residents, ANC Commissioners, community leaders, business owners and other interested stakeholders with a progress report on the Maple View Flats development project (2228, 2234, 2238, and 2252 Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue SE).
