Housing Production Trust Fund Advisory Board Members

The statute provides for nine (9) advisory board members, representing related categories, with staggered two and four year terms. Mayor Vincent C. Gray appointed the nine members to the Board in July 2013, and their statutory representations are as follows:

David C. Bowers, Vice President and Market Leader for Enterprise Community Partners
HPTF Chairman; representing the financial services industry

Stanley Jackson, former Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development and President/CEO of the Anacostia Economic Development Corporation (AEDC); representing significant knowledge of an area related to the production, preservation, and rehabilitation of affordable housing for lower-income households

Jim D. Knight, Executive Director of Jubilee Housing; representing low-income tenants association

Sue Ann Marshall, Executive Director of The Community Partnership for the Prevention of Homelessness (TCP); representing the non-profit housing production community

Oramenta Newsome, Executive Director of the Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC); representing an organization that advocates for the production, preservation, and rehabilitation of affordable housing for lower-income households

M. Craig Pascal, Community Development Specialist, Senior Vice President at BB&T; representing significant knowledge of an area related to the production, preservation, and rehabilitation of affordable housing for lower-income households

Robert H. Pohlman, Executive Director of the Coalition for Nonprofit Housing and Economic Development (CNHED); representing an organization that advocates for the disabled

Jacqueline V. Prior, Program Officer at the Cafritz Foundation; representing significant knowledge of an area related to the production, preservation, and rehabilitation of affordable housing for lower-income households

David J. Roodberg, President of Horning Brothers; representing for-profit housing production community

Michael Kelly, DHCD Director, serving as an ex-officio member of the Board.
