Request for Proposals for Community Facility Projects
DHCD seeks proposals from nonprofit organizations to produce, expand, or enhance community facilities, which may include:
- service-oriented facilities (that is, housing counseling centers or small business technical assistance centers);
- urban agriculture facilities targeted to special needs populations (that is, day care centers or senior centers); and
- business incubators designed to promote the creative economy.
The competitive Request for Proposals (RFP) was released on Wednesday, September 28, 2016. Applications will be due by 11:59 PM Wednesday, December 14, 2016.
The entire application and submission process is online. No hard copy submissions will be required or accepted.
