The DC Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) released the HOME Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) Operating Assistance Grants’ 2014 -2015 Guidelines and Application Form for those CHDO’s who have been approved by DHCD to develop a Tenant Based Rental Assistance project and are in need operating support.
