On June 11, 2014, the D.C. Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) held a Stakeholder’s Forum to inform and educate and announce the new Property Acquisition and Disposition Division (PADD) / Development Finance Division (DFD) joint solicitation process.  The joint solicitation process is part of the overall strategic programmatic shift to foster cooperation among divisions in order to gain efficiencies and become a more responsive agency.  DHCD also took the opportunity to queue upcoming solicitations.  The full presentation from the event is below.
