On Thursday, February 27, 2014, the Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) held the second workshop of the Capacity Building Series: "DHCD: Funding Opportunities, Eligibility and Application Process." The workshop recapped per program/service area, outlined the eligibility criteria, and the application process for each opportunity.
