The FY 2026 Annual Action Plan (AAP) is the District of Columbia’s (District) planning document for funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) Community Planning and Development (CPD) formula programs. FY 2026 AAP is the District’s fifth and final plan in the Five-Year FY 2022-2026 Consolidated Plan (Con Plan).
