On Tuesday, March 25, 2014 at 10 am, the DC Department of Housing and Community Development held the third community needs assessment public hearing to discuss “Housing and Community Development Needs in the District of Columbia”.  The hearings will help form a basis for developing the District’s draft “Fiscal Year 2015 Annual Action Plan” and the spending priorities utilizing federal entitlement funds.  The full transcript is attached.
