The DRAFT FY 2015 Citizen Participation Plan  was composed by the D.C. Department of Housing and Community Development to outline how the agency has engaged with  stakeholders (residents, small business owners, community leaders, etc.) on the development and execution of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) mandated documents and reports.
