DHCD to Hold Property Disposition Hearing for Ward 4 Property

Hearing will be held Wednesday, February 15, to discuss proposed disposition on 606 Keefer Place, NW.

(Washington, DC) - Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the requirements of DC Official Code Section 42-3171.03 (a)(1), the District of Columbia Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) has scheduled a public hearing on Wednesday, February 15, 2012 at 7 pm in the Department’s Housing Resource Center located at 1800 Martin Luther King Jr., Ave, SE, First Floor Conference Room, to consider the proposed disposition of 606 Keefer Place, NW, and the terms and conditions of the proposed Property Sales Agreement.  Please see additional property information noted below.

The public hearing is being conducted in order to assure that citizens are informed about the selling of the property identified above to the named buyer, and to ensure that all citizens have the opportunity to present publicly their views concerning such sale.

The Property Sales Agreement will be available for public examination at this public hearing and can be downloaded using the link above.
