Public Hearing - Needs Assessment Hearing

The Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) will host a virtual public hearing at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, March 24 for public input on the following entitlement programs offered by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD):

  • HOME Investment Partnerships Program American Rescue Plan (HOME ARP)
  • Recovery Housing Program (RHP)
