The DC Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) will hold the “Education Series: Tenant Opportunity to Purchase Act (TOPA) for Tenants” public meeting on Thursday, February 6, 2014 from 1:00 to 3:00 pm at DHCD Conference Room 318 located at 1800 Martin Luther King Jr. Ave, SE Washington, DC 20020.
