The DC Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD), as well as its public- and private sector partners, hosts and supports a variety of activities to provide affordable housing and community development resources to District residents.

DHCD Issues Call For Filing Of LIHTC And HOME Annual Owner’s Certifications

Washington, DC – The D.C. Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) issues notices to owners of affordable housing projects developed with Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) and HOME Investment funds in the District of Columbia stating that they are hereby notified to file the 2013 Annual Owner’s Certifications of Compliance and 2014 Monitoring Compliance Fees (fees are only for Tax Credit funded properties), as required by the LIHTC and HOME Investment Partnerships Act by Monday, February 17, 2014.
