Mayor Vincent C. Gray, Deputy Mayor of Planning and Economic Development (DMPED) Victor L. Hoskins and Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) Director Michael P. Kelly today announced the unprecedented investment of more than $187 million to produce and preserve affordable housing throughout the District of Columbia.
