The Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) has two open solicitations to aid the preservation of affordable housing through two key programs; the Single-Family Residential Rehabilitation Program (SFRRP) and Small Buildings Program.

The agency, through the Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP), is seeking a contractor to conduct, develop, and prepare Scope-of-Work documents for applicants of both programs; and qualified general contractors to perform general construction services on single- and multi-family properties within the District.

Submissions for the scope-of-work contractor must be submitted by 2 p.m. Tuesday, October 13, 2020. Submission for qualified general contractors must be submitted by 2 p.m. Friday, October 16, 2020.
