WASHINGTON, DC – The D.C. Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD), announces six Solicitations for Offers (SFOs) for 36 blighted properties and vacant lots throughout Wards 6 and 8. DHCD issued these solicitations through its Property Acquisition and Disposition Division (PADD) that’s focused on promoting vibrant, walkable, mixed-use and mixed-income neighborhoods and eliminating blight in underserved communities.
