These developers will work with the DC Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) and partner with District agencies to develop affordable housing and permanent supportive housing units for residents and families making zero to thirty percent of the area’s median income and the chronically homeless and individuals with mental or physical disabilities throughout Washington, DC.
