DHCD invites public comment on Fiscal Year 2025 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER).The District of Columbia (the District) accepted entitlement funds received through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The CAPER is published for citizen comments, detailing the performance outcomes derived from entitlement funds granted in Fiscal Year 2025 federal allocations.
Director Colleen Green will host an in-person and virtual public hearing. If you are unable to join in-person, you can join virtually using the link available on DHCD’s website at dhcd.dc.gov.
