DHCD Extends Deadline To Receive Offers for Development of the Big K Site in Historic Anacostia

On June 4, 2012, the Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) issued a Solicitation for Offers (SFO) for the development of an assemblage of District-owned properties.  Please note that the submission date for the bids has been extended from 3 pm, Friday, August 3, 2012 to 3 pm, Friday, September 7, 2012.  All questions regarding the solicitation must be received by 3pm, Wednesday, August 22, 2012. 

Through the SFO, DHCD will seek public offers to build development projects for commercial use on the following sites:
