This document serves as the final amendment to the District of Columbia’s (the District) FY2020 Annual Action Plan for the Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD), the Department of Health (DC Health), and the DC Department of Human Services (DHS). This amendment will be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for the District to respond to impacts caused by COVID-19, and access CARES Act entitlement funds that have been allocated to the District.
