Official Code Section 42-3171.03 (a)(1), has scheduled a public hearing on Thursday, September 11, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. The hearing will occur in DHCD’s Multi-Purpose Room located at 1909 Martin Luther King Avenue SE, Washington, DC 20020, to consider the proposed disposition of the properties noted below. DHCD Property Acquisition and Disposition Division’s (PADD) included this property in the Summer 2024 Bundle Solicitation for Offers (SFO), PADD, under the authority of D.C. Official Code § 42- 3171.03 (2009), intended to dispose of nine properties for redevelopment as an equity inclusion, capacity building, homeownership as a landlord “Solicitation for Offers — Project Information” and incorporated herein by reference.
