The District of Columbia Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD), is seeking public comment on the draft 2021 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP). The QAP is DHCD's federally mandated state plan for the allocation of credits allotted to the District of Columbia by the Federal Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program. A public hearing will be held virtually via WebEx at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, August 25, 2021.
