This workshop that will explain the registration rules that housing providers must follow when constructing a new residential condominium or cooperative building or converting an existing structure into one.  Experts will be on hand to explain to help answer questions.

This workshop is sponsored by the Housing Regulation Administration (HRA) of the DC Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD). HRA administers and regulates parts of the District’s rental housing and condominium laws.
