On March 3, 2015, the Council of the District of Columbia unanimously approved Polly Donaldson as the Director of the DC Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD). On March 16, 2015, Washington DC Mayor Muriel E. Bowser issued “Mayor’s Order 2015-086” officially appointing Donaldson as the DHCD Director. The full order is attached.
