DHCD Community-Based Non-Profit Organizations (CBO) provide several programs that assist eligible single family homeowners with essential home repairs. DHCD offers the following home rehabilitation assistance programs through its CBOs.
Lead Safe Washington Program: Funds the identification and control of lead-based paint hazards in eligible single and multi-family properties.
Single Family Residential Rehabilitation Program: Provides loans and grants for home repairs for DC building code violations,
