Housing Production Trust Fund Advisory Board Members

The statute provides for nine board members, appointed by the Mayor, with the advice and consent of the Council, representing related categories, with four-year terms. Selected representations are as follows:

Susanne V. Slater (Chairman), President and CEO for Habitat for Humanity of Washington, DC, serving as the financial services industry member. 

LaKeeshia Fox, Legislative Representative—Housing and Livable Communities at AARP, representing an individual with significant knowledge of an area related to the production, preservation, and rehabilitation of affordable housing for lower-income households. 

Lynn French, Executive Director of Hope and a Home, representing an organization that advocates for the production, preservation, and rehabilitation of affordable housing for lower-income households. 

Stanley Jackson, President and CEO of the Anacostia Economic Development Corporation (AEDC), representing significant knowledge of an area related to the production, preservation, and rehabilitation of affordable housing for lower-income households. 

Jim D. Knight, Executive Director and President of Jubilee Housing, representing low-income tenant associations. 

Charles Lowery, Director of State Regulatory Relations at Ocwen Financial Corporation, representing an individual with significant knowledge of an area related to the production, preservation, and rehabilitation of affordable housing for lower-income households. 

Sue Ann Marshall, Executive Director of The Community Partnership for the Prevention of Homelessness (TCP), representing the non-profit housing production community. 

David J. Roodberg, President of Horning Brothers, representing the for-profit housing production industry. 

Polly Donaldson, DHCD Director, serving as an ex-officio member of the Board.
