The DRAFT Fiscal Year 2014 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (the “FY2014 CAPER”) is a summary of the accomplishments under the District of Columbia’s Fiscal Year 2014 Annual Action Plan (the “FY2014 Annual Action Plan”).  The FY2014 CAPER consists of narrative statements which explain the progress made in carrying out the activities, and achieving the objectives and priorities set forth in the FY2014 Annual Action Plan.
