The District of Columbia is proposing a Substantial Amendment to its FY2011-FY2015 Consolidated Plan and FY2015 Annual Action Plan. The Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) proposes using $3 million in HOME funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in FY 2015 to provide Tenant Based Rental Assistance (TBRA) to homeless households, through the DC Department of Human Services.

DHCD is soliciting public comment on its proposal and will hold two public hearings on Monday, December 8, 2014, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at the DHCD, 1800 Martin Luther King Jr., Avenue, SE, and on Wednesday, December 10, 2014, at the Frank D.
