The Board of Ethics and Government Accountability (BEGA) has established a set of District statutes and regulations that apply to all District government public officials, including elected public officials, and employees in executive and legislative branch agencies and independent agencies, and members of Boards and Commissions (both compensated and uncompensated), including Advisory Neighborhood Commissioners.
