The DC Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) is holding a public hearing on its selection of the Neighborhood Development Corporation (NDC) to develop land at Minnesota Avenue and 27th Street SE into 24 townhomes.
DHCD has issued the agency’s second funding notice and request for proposals (RFP) in calendar year 2017 for projects that will produce and preserve affordable housing for District residents.
An RFP Orientation session, hosted by DHCD, will be held Wednesday, December 13, 2017, at 10 a.m., in the Housing Resource Center, 1800 Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue SE. The session will highlight new and notable features of the RFP and will be an opportunity for prospective applicants to ask questions about the RFP or the process.
The DC Department of Housing and Community Development, Rental Housing Commission will hear the appeal in RH-TP-16-30,837, Chandler v. Walters on Thursday December 14, 2017, 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
