The Critical Home Repair Initiative RFA will be available next Friday, April 14, 2017, and the Pre-Application Conference will be rescheduled. The RFA was to be published on April 7, 2017, per notice in the DC Register posted on April 7, 2017; however due to an April 6 power outage and DHCD’s necessary closure at 2:15 pm on that date, final discussions and updates were unable to be made.

The Qualified Allocation Plan is DHCD's federally mandated state plan for the allocation of credits allotted to the District of Columbia by the federal Low Income Housing Tax Credit program.

The Housing Production Trust Fund Board (HPTF) meeting for Thursday, March 16, 2017 at 10:30 am is rescheduled for Tuesday, March 21, 2017 at 10:30 am.
The HPTF meetings are designed to advise the Mayor on the development, financing, and operation of the HPTF and other matters related to the production of housing for low to moderate-income households. All meetings are open to the public.
Marshall Heights property was included in a round of Solicitation for Offers issued by DHCD to the general public on July 11, 2014. The property was awarded to Amber Overlook LLC, through a competitive selection process. A project summary of Amber Overlook LLC’s proposal will be posted on the DHCD website.
