The Department of Housing and Community Development has scheduled a public hearing to receive public comments on its FY 2015-2016 Draft Action Plan and its FY 2015-2016 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) to be submitted to the US Department of Housing and Urban Development.
