The Annual Action Plan is developed by the DC Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) regarding its use of U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) funds. Community input is an important part of this process.

This year on August 5, 2020, DHCD held a virtual hearing for the 2021 Annual Action Plan. Residents and stakeholders provided input in the development of the five federally funded program areas as well as feedback on innovative strategies to enhance community participation.
