Non-profit organizations can submit an application to receive grant funding for processing and approval of home loans.

DHCD will host a pre-application conference for potential RFA respondents on Monday, April 8, 2013, at 2 pm - 4 pm at 1800 Martin Luther King, Jr., Avenue, SE, First floor Housing Resource Conference Room. All potential applicants are encouraged to attend the conference.

The deadline for submission of grant applications is Friday, May 10, 2013 at 4 pm.

Funding under this notice is anticipated to begin in the first quarter of fiscal year 2014.
