Housing is a crisis in America. Rising costs to purchase a home and stagnant wages have put a strain on the housing market around the country. More than 20 leaders from across the country participated in the National League of Cities (NLC) Housing Task Force, chaired by Washington, D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser.
