This serves as notice that amendments to Chapter 22, “Inclusionary Zoning Implementation” (Title 14 [Housing] of the District of Columbia Municipal Regulations [DCMR]) were finalized effective December 29, 2017. The final regulatons replaced emergency and proposed regulations. The current regulations, as well as earlier regulatory language, are below.
