The Urban Land Institute Panelists and Staff put together a report to help Mayor Bowser reach her goal to provide 36,000 housing units distributed equitably across the city by 2025, with 12,000 of those being low- and moderate-income units. Panelists were asked to evaluate how to produce affordable housing units in the Rock Creek West area.
