These solicitations demonstrate the Department’s aggressive approach of eliminating blight and developing underserved communities throughout the city.
WASHINGTON, DC – The D.C. Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) releases six solicitations for offers (SFOs) for 27 blighted properties and vacant lots throughout the nation’s capital. This is the first time that the Department has issued solicitations for over two dozen properties and lots at one time through its Property Acquisition and Disposition Division (PADD).
