The Department of Housing and Community Development (DCHD) will close its offices at 1800 Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue SE from 2:30 pm to 4:45 pm on Wednesday, December 19, 2012 due to mandatory teambuilding workshops held at an off-site location.

Additional District government personnel have been assigned to answer phone calls to the department.

DHCD will resume normal hours of operation on Thursday, December 20, 2012.
