Washington is one of nine U.S. cities selected to attend the 2016 Community Progress Leadership Institute on March 15-18, 2016, a program of the national Center for Community Progress that equips practitioners with the leadership and technical skills to address significant challenges with vacant and blighted properties. D.C. will send an eight-member delegation to the Leadership Institute, which will be held on the campus of Harvard Law School.
