(Washington, DC) - The Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) will hold the 6th Annual Section 504/Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards(UFAS)/Fair Housing/DC Code Accessibility Regulatory Compliance Training on Tuesday, December 15, 2009.  The training will be held at DHCD in the Housing Resource Center Conference Room from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm.

This annual training is mandatory for staff and recipients of DHCD's multifamily construction fund grants. Developers, project managers, general contractors, construction managers, architects, building managers, and rental managers are required to attend.
