An informal forum to connect with DHCD managers and express affordable housing and community development needs about specific program areas.
What is the Consolidated Plan?
DHCD is charged with developing a Consolidated Plan, a document that lays out a vision for how the Agency intends to spend its federal resources. This Plan will be a map for DHCD’s work ahead, promoting the administration’s comprehensive vision of an affordable, livable, growing D.C. The document is updated every five years and submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). All projects and initiatives funded over the next five years will tie back to the policies and priorities outlined in this document.
