Public comments will be received on how well the District used over $37 million in funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in FY2016 to meet housing and community development needs through four programs: (1) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG); (2) HOME Investment Partnerships; (3) Emergency Shelter Grant (ESG); and (4) Housing for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA). In preparation for submitting the FY2016 CAPER to HUD, DHCD will use public comments as part of the evaluation process
